Anatel Advances the Migration from Mosaico-SCH to the Certifica System (Power of Attorney Link - SEI-Anatel)
Anatel is carrying out the replacement of the Mosaico-SCH system with the new Certifica System, an initiative that will bring significant changes for companies involved in the certification and homologation processes of telecommunications products.
With the implementation of the new system, applicant companies must be properly registered in SEI-Anatel and grant the Designated Certification Body (OCD) the power of attorney required to conduct the certification and homologation processes within the Agency’s system.
It is important to highlight that the absence of a power of attorney in SEI-Anatel will prevent the submission of certification and homologation processes, directly impacting regulatory deadlines and the market entry of products.
According to the schedule currently published by Anatel, the full operation of the Certifica System is expected to take place on August 31, 2026. However, the implementation dates and stages may be adjusted at the Agency’s discretion.
In view of this scenario, companies are advised to assess their registration status in SEI-Anatel as soon as possible and verify that all necessary actions for the transition are being properly carried out.
